There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.9 g# ]$ K! L0 M+ ~
Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.' Q# E, Y* ]& Z7 `) I
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

2 l4 A0 f' E) p- FThe National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).$ D6 R- R: ]. K
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.
$ f @' V8 A1 \: I* C' FThe ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
