there are bear bears in Surrey. Unless you love bears a lot otherwise I do not suggest you to buy one in S.

I was starting to look around Burnaby,Richmond and Coquitlam for more than half an year. But we bought house in Surrey finally. There is some good area like South Surrey and Fraser Height and price is more reasonable.
