您有团体/公司保险吗？

在加拿大，很多公司和专业团体都提供团体保险(group insurance)，有些公司的团体保险是要求员工必须参加的，而且公司会支付部分保险费用，比如很多oil and gas的公司就有很好的公司团体保险福利。但是很多拥有团体保险的人并不知道自己的团体保险条款都保些什么，甚至不少人从来就没有读过公司的团体保险条款。
拥有公司团体保险福利是件好事，我只是想知道一下拥有团体保险的人在我们当中占比例的多少。还望大家踊跃参与投票。

i'm working in a oil company and have a very good group plan, all kind of insurance and benefits, but I never use it (some training, travel benefits, allowances, i get some reimbursement, that's what I know). want to know what you can do to help me understand more about this.  Pls give your info to email:
