A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration* Q/ X% o% `& n5 q
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments ?/ p& z, X$ U$ X
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested

" J/ S ]7 Z) ]8 r4 I% t* V7 U• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
