A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. Reception

• Answer multi line telephone system" W% z. \9 [& k2 C
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
_ U- H- t, w) N0 a• Arrange courier services for all departments' V' u& H7 W& @' _/ S" Q3 A( ?( K# n
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail
! U1 W K, d9 Y0 M2 m# b• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries8 n1 c4 ~% q7 V' |- n, I& I
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
. s, U* Z" J8 T- D0 N! m# b! o$ i• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
. t* w6 N7 [& |+ i( ~• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments $ E @! A. l u& }. x% [) l

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

2 N0 q9 L. b' O3 e, [: B% _9 s• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
