6月3日周三去Magrath选了一个地，选了1个户型，被告知这是custom的house，电脑里没有价格，卖房的manager（女性）很肯定的估计是50万左右。叫我等两天，然后告诉我价格。那我说你给我hold一下吧，她却说不行。我说我去过你们公司在summer side的show home，那边都可以交$1000,然后hold 2星期，你们怎么不可以，何况你又不能给我价格。然后她同意说可以courtesy hold，如果有人马上付钱要这块地的话，她给我24小时通知。由于我6月5日要出差十天，于是她提出要我先在文件上签名，说是没有我太太的签名就不会生效，这样等价格出来可以就让我太太一个人签字就好了。我挺喜欢那块地的，而且最近房子很热，我就同意了。先签了我的名字。 j& o. 6 \( W& m3 Y, S, {6 T% q/ t然后一直等到6月13日周六才告诉我太太要58万，我太太说和你估计的差太远了，我们要考虑一下，有可能选另外一个50万左右的房子。她说明天14日(周日)有人要来看这块地，然后我太太和我们的地产经纪人就要求她至少hold到周一。她同意了。（很奇怪的是我有一个朋友周6去看地的时候被告知我看中的地已经被卖掉了。当时他觉得肯定是我要了那块地。） 0 u1 C1 a- j# c: R 5 m* ]1 W" K% c5 g4 l今天我出差回来了，给她打电话，结果她说今天早上就买掉了。我当时就怒了，和她argue了15分钟，她硬说是别人是很早以前看过的，现在愿意在马上买，在所有文件上签字，她没办法。对于以前和我们说的24小时通知也开始否认，说是有人有意向想买的话，她给我24小时通知，如果有人愿意直接签字的话，她就当场就买了。然后我要求和她的上级说话，又是互相包庇，说具体情况不了解，但是文件已经签了就没办法了。0 R$ d+ k: s) z3 C4 R

现在真是非常气忿。就这样被耍很不甘心。觉得她周6的时候已经把地买了，所以弄了一个58万的价格来吓唬我们。根本就是在骗人。不知道大家有没有什么建议，我能做些什么。现在想请律师咨询一下，不知道大家有没有什么好的律师推荐一下。
You learned a lesson this time, it is better than being trapped in something worse. Get used to canadian culture, verbal promise is no promise, sometime even it is a written. Huh!!! those sales people............ My advice is: move on and watch your step.
What kind paper did you sign? You should be able to get it back because it's not you breach the contract. plus it's not a purchase agreement, a reservation fee should be refund if you don't buy the property. 0 B! A letigation lawer is not cheap who may cost more than $1,000 to get your money back. Be careful about the fine print when you sign.
