Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

3 q1 D- E. x4 A; R' o- V: x1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Activity Planning and Daily Activity
•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
/ a$ j* a* _! ~7 G•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code

) J& z' P4 ?& V3 }5 b& XThe successful candidate will have:
7 Y4 h) O- {3 j$ Z  ~1 B0 D. }
9 Q1 _( s  `0 B# R/ K: |$ G•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
•        Experience with children
2 S6 v' j( \+ d8 K* O  o2 x•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
5 B2 }% @1 S2 D•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
