有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。3 `% R! X0 b1 l7 O' W* s2 f, m9 v2 o
! |$ n# j: X9 D$ B w. e4 v6 w做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
