Help! --Chinese input

三思

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
& J1 ~; c3 ?9 B& x
Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)

  J( ?3 w8 H8 v6 N7 kA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.
3 n: X" H9 ~5 a" O
2 x6 u+ g6 m9 i% OI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

- G5 D" Q5 G% ^7 JI think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

xp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
