5 }  R0 S, X; G1 H+ `, H, GKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
* g9 W' j4 l0 `8 I3 l To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
& L' ^. }2 o. ?3 j* S! k3 }& i 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
' t1 q. n' H; z( H7 m1 \ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  R6 D; I3 |) `0 A4 z Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
