5 P2 d6 {9 Z4 z( FKey Responsibilities:
, ^7 X6 z! j# K1 I( }5 v To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
! v6 o- S" i1 b% Z8 C) i To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
0 X7 H/ R) U2 J To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
& g" j7 Y) J+ W# N* ?" h, R To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
6 J" s/ ]" R/ q* T6 Y To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
( ]- j0 K9 h% ^1 Q9 R1 T 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
2 s: S' }# @5 v. W Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
# K# H; `1 P' r. r- V; `; E: i Current CPR and First Aid certifications
1 e# d# U9 R. o8 o- b" Z# d Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
