Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
% z0 Z6 W% X5 Z7 Y To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
4 b) j8 ~$ u5 R& m/ @) x To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
, f  M2 X2 L0 t1 I: G; B To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
; R* x0 b  X1 p& h 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
* F) N9 x# R+ W* t- u. u Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
, ]6 E/ n2 o7 C- P0 O  P+ n Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
0 N: Y$ I2 s( r6 s Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
