有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
+ j: ]* H2 t4 ^4 j" [# l/ W   
" G% N3 Y- h2 C) r4 v身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
2 B/ Z  \7 A0 W6 H% R中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
( }- g6 W4 q9 u" w* r% a醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
  ]) Y5 k) a0 JA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

' b/ R9 n& w6 G, R就可以辨識中風：
; H' F# d& c) Q% o9 N% B; r) G+ nIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.

9 f' b- Y# @; S) p( `5 ~S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
  N  o  ~, U' B: Z" pAsk the patient to smile

- t7 f5 B+ V* \9 JT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
! ~) Z9 i; b! H5 H% Q9 k6 DRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
9 z5 l* j8 z6 d' F4 `+ y, FR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
3 C, q  }& H* O9 Y. H: o' uAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
+ P8 T2 o+ p/ V8 V注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
" `, N3 Q/ Q' q  pAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

A cardiac surgeon says :

& x7 `9 n* M+ A- |2 ~7 `前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
