The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.- e$ z2 Y0 X& R7 |: D2 Y! }
" _% F$ O# S [2 r5 r8 @' IThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 7 H6 `9 q5 G; p
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors / }1 u5 I3 k4 G, ~
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities1 H6 Q! ^: ^+ ]! ^, E
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
* B* }! Z5 r) v• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

! `& Z6 L1 @; H2 O3 qProgram Delivery
8 }6 R- [! h+ G" l. J' g9 f4 J• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program $ ^& V; d N, s5 \+ N
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
) t/ _$ X* \3 O. M• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
; R7 S' S$ z3 E; M1 f* y1 x a• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
Q% q$ S' D7 e, k( r• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
0 l9 |3 A- Q* P, c t6 o" s9 n% r& a• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department L) r, U* z2 F+ f2 J! D
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
: V/ G" S# i- P9 b• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review/ n5 l5 _/ V& p, r. p
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

# H5 x( v* ?( B0 } R2 C' I' |( k4 \1 I8 G
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
6 i" Z( B. }7 B( r• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities4 i0 J @; @4 L* a% Q3 F
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
5 N' J1 h$ L% [• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
# u& D- G4 C8 U6 E$ r S• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population4 @; o) d- m3 I) J" Y0 H
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
