The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

7 i& Y/ `/ a1 C. E- Q XThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.$ }- y; e6 H n% X7 k

7 X1 p3 H2 W1 K• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities q: A4 X: h: e- q
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors ! K3 E( }6 b: J$ z E0 D. i
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
5 b {5 \& N! o0 t8 N• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
& Z. o8 }/ W f2 p. N; g• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

( E! D; M3 `+ { |* ~. g• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 2 M U& {% y$ u7 `! U$ X
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
1 O- r2 [, q' n4 T- l4 c! G. r6 W• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required! P. O: }. V" ^( N3 V% V- j
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication3 ?& s3 D' D. ~2 O$ P& K
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested% y; p/ Q4 o- ~0 h. G
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department2 z }! h" a, F& {4 H3 Q! E+ W
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program
- s2 z, ?2 M4 M0 j& z• Implement service modification, as required

/ u# M, M' d( x: P/ k: f1 u' g• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director0 { K5 F" }7 F7 s6 x/ u0 \
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review$ ?/ f+ g8 U5 z
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

& O% w$ }1 a& W- G3 s3 Z• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
. O [6 P& w" g) A- `- @• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities! q1 S; Y+ R8 U9 f& |
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience+ C1 m7 g* a8 A. N: ^& }
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
