The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

1 K& }7 [1 X0 VThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management& w4 U- y" u9 @* ^: g
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities % h" m$ m( M. @0 w+ N8 T
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
0 @2 S- n% I( ~• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
- g. e$ M4 l/ U2 B0 r7 t; O• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services$ b$ L2 @ o5 f5 @
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

" f+ \; _4 H, O! z• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 4 `7 g. _( V$ g0 s' b5 B
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes- g% d4 Y! q* w6 I8 H
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
$ j* z! q0 [& w• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication& ]- D$ T2 y+ d. M. m" M& `
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested. N) r3 f/ D, f9 r* H
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
! p" S5 j- Q& B4 g0 G# U• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
5 M2 H! Z, _! B• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director$ q; J/ s/ [5 \
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
0 S3 {' x+ m r/ D- e& x4 M• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

Qualifications:' ^ l2 \! U" e0 f6 r4 k
7 ~- p' j$ C7 F0 p) U ~+ e• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field' p G4 G! t: N" {* M) n2 \% k9 U( t
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities) ]* q! R1 q: A, c( G
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience ^. a+ y, @ Z% v, f
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations4 @6 y9 `" N5 `
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population! L9 v, Z# n1 T, S
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
