CSSA Spring Trip to Jasper on May 21, 22, and 23.

CSSA will organize a Spring Trip to Jasper from May 21 to 23, 2005.
Activities include sight viewing, canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge, and
hot
spring at Miette Hot Springs.

We'll stay there for two nights. Accommodations are arranged by CSSA.

-        Ride to Jasper by mini-van.(7 people per minivan)
5 S2 W+ N, n. ?& K( \7 H6 Z5 r-        Canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge.($35 per canoe per hour and $25 per

hour)(Each canoe can hold 3 people at most.)
-        Hot spring in Jasper for the evening.(Usually hot spring costs about
$6 per
person. So it's not that expensive. And after knowing how many people
will go,
: e' F7 w; s6 |, O" uI can work on a group price for us. So sign up for this activity. If
you are
not going, you could also have a little visit in Jasper town while
other
people go to the hot spring.)
-        Stays the night in Jasper.

Day Two
- }- K. F5 }# I( f-        Sight Viewing in Japer: We'll go Maligne Lake first thing in the
morning .
9 p+ N% }* |* NAnd we'll do the Malign Boat Cruises.(I'll take us 90 minutes round
trip. It's
$35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12years old)). If you haven't done
) M( f/ s9 j; O5 _$ Ythis
before, I strongly recommend you to do so.

Day Three

van on
time.

-        Travel needs.
$ M: b# ^3 y7 `/ d-        Swim suit if you want to do Hot Spring.
. R0 E+ J. v; ?! @5 E-       Sun glasses and sun screen to protect your eyes and skin.
-       Camera. It's beautiful in the mountain in the spring.
& m5 e- L( Z3 Y" P) m& |: b& j* P8 k-       Bring some warm clothes since it's still cool in the mountain
in the
& w# Z- r+ S. p! n0 slate May. And we also will go to the Columbia Ice Field so warm clothes
and
4 C2 _. I& u( G, n8 _4 V4 cshoes are definitely needed.
4 c; }4 c6 Q- k$ _( C0 ?$ x-       Wear comfort shoes cause we'll do lots of walking and of course
drving.(But you won't need to worry about the driving).
, j, Y4 b6 \/ R) K( b; }, l4 b-       We won't take care of the food for you, but we'll stop at
0 r) m+ J- e6 ]0 r7 P6 R0 E6 g# hplaces where
there are food at lunch or dinner hour, so you could have something to
eat.
Feel free to bring your own food. (Like instant noodles.) (There is an
1 N/ s* a! K9 W9 f% I$ BIGA in
- L& }! v2 v5 U- yJasper, so you could always buy food there if you need.)

; G) N7 `' \. j6 ]$ g# M8 q; w9 qCost: $160, this price includes your share of car rentals, gas,
two-night
accommodation in jasper, and national park entrance tickets, and it

the hot-spring, the canoeing, and the maligne Boat Cruises).
Hot Spring ticket was about $6 in total according to last year's price.
Canoeing is $35 per canoe per hour, $25 per half an hour.
Maligne Boat Cruises are $35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12 years
old).

the
7 {9 C- Y2 S, k6 v  iextra money to you. According to the Trip we organized to Banff in last
winter, everyone will have returned money finally. And when we come
