& R) j) p- Z! GPolice said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.: T: W! R" w. |; @7 Y! \5 q, N

Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6.5 i& P+ r# J* X1 g
