Key Responsibilities:
& L) M+ U$ U( X, b1 i To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
) a9 H' S; Q* y To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
/ s, H% J6 c! }: x To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
( C1 g( ?3 h1 R: Q To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
4 T& j+ q5 W/ P% C Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
8 f/ b; A0 o) G! ~+ h4 R; Q( u Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
