' o+ e; Y* a9 R# }% tKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
  s$ ?, j$ c& `% Z# B To help promote the program in the community.
0 Q  s# r6 Q# c) i To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
% A/ P* `- i; B/ _$ R To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

4 {( k2 _% }7 ]$ b, f- KQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
5 o. F& s+ l1 c' z 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
! w2 E6 }/ Q! ]2 T Current CPR and First Aid certifications
9 H" K, R# j! X: l7 S2 r Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
