Key Responsibilities:
& g3 h4 D, @0 |4 a" x5 q# M3 ^ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
9 _4 s9 o: D% l; g5 R To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
9 x* Q  ?2 J; q7 U4 U! r- F To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
4 R) R( \) v. O' ~ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

2 k9 W5 y: ]8 MQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
1 U  J1 h6 Y/ Q) F 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
8 W. H1 W1 A6 h2 q" s. m Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
6 [9 x8 f$ u* R+ o) S1 ? Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
# r0 E/ N8 m# g0 ^5 ^/ X, f Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
# _4 @) r- Z$ f
