Time        9:30am – 11:30am

6 ~/ z2 u8 l  U' _+ IPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
; U' Z* L, F6 r/ M* m( Y2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
! ?; q9 x+ E2 Y6 q6 t4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
  ?. c0 d" e: |3 w* x5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

1 h: A# W, ^/ k, _3 `+ v, qWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
