  C/ N8 U# [2 o5 W- tPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
& y: ]1 y5 D3 r+ v; e( XFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
' g, x  E% e" P) U. X% O: a7 i% @2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
1 L! u- k# |, {5 i' n3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

* M5 T, Y" v5 [' k( q) D- Y% U/ l* sWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
