Responsibilities:
- g. m6 W5 w, W& M. N-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
" i# N: Z+ R. i# C( x* o- z5 F-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
! r5 c# {+ ]% J" \, ]3 E: i-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
+ ~9 y- i. y  d. n. e5 w* C4 ]-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

- Q* P; j" R! g2 i3 `, E2 |Qualifications:
/ ^; g/ V) U# }7 R  Y1 s1 S2 G-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
7 {3 t9 J# H) c        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
3 E" l- X7 O" Y+ H# v# D-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
, Z& Y9 L' D3 S; y, J& F) r-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
3 a; R. m" E/ Y4 M5 l+ i2 T# [4 j, F-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
2 K0 C7 f$ F- Z" S8 `: d        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
