' d: Q# j7 c" I+ P& _, R/ zWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
( m; h2 w0 V2 F) r- u8 _Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

2 r2 `) s( j* X0 J' g- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
; [4 B) U/ ~+ ^7 x0 E2 B! z- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
/ J+ C' e/ |8 z2 z9 q2 e, P- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
7 ^& S6 w1 m& ]5 g- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

2 ]" L5 G. }9 K. E- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
: `" J; k! `; U: |) P' D- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
: A# G) E5 h0 P. x* P- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
. _0 n& `+ g+ o: J- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
