Position: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Wage: $19.20 -24.08 Hr. 35 hours week / Terms: Permanent Full Time / Closing Date: Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.

! ^0 T* e: ~8 p4 T: _+ g8 uAbstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

: J/ [- h& t$ _9 KRequired: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
