其实这个规则未必人人清楚，但是有投诉只好有处理。

朝阳可以认为你的发言有挑衅的嫌疑。我觉得这个你很难辩解清楚你同意吗？

haha, you need proof to prove the suspect guilty. how come if the suspect cant prove he didnt crime then he is criminal????
