Air China Cancallation and Refund
Usually Air china will charge you 25% penalty based on Net fare. Usually it will take 3 or 4 weeks , then BSP will refund money to your credit card. Note: Please use credit card to buy airline tickets, because if you need refund, then airline BSP will refund money to your card directly; otherwise, if you buy cash or cheque to buy ticket, in case, you want to refund, maybe that travel agency will charge you more money for their service fee. 5 K5 F" Y. After a month, she want to cancall this ticket, but this special fare ticket is NON-refundable. Then that client was very angry about that. She complained our agent did not tell her. Then I asked our agent. Our agent told me she did not ask . Some people said our agent was wrong, because agent did not tell this ticket was NON-refundable. But some people said the client was wrong, because that client did not ask our agent. 0 U N7 T5 m3 W4 y; u+ Y
