9 F% W6 C7 O$ n, M5 _0 l/ rAs a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment.  Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications.
& z! H5 ^6 R7 l5 O- `) @+ A) ?1 U9 pAs part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities:
Convert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.
$ ?$ ]3 J4 k6 rCreate process and data models to visually represent requirements information.   
% @1 L8 L  W+ LPerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing.
Assist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase.
Support, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.
. P) K3 E0 K4 O* dAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems.
8 n+ ]) u  N6 g6 U! MAssist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications.
Summarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset
; V! C) y& _( o- j$ Z4 {• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C#  and/or .NET technologies an asset.
• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework.
+ C' d1 w" y& W$ O. e• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.

1 l4 r, W4 z$ \! B2 a/ VSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business applications.
Strong business requirements gathering skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
