如题.那位在9月份递交的,现在都什么情况了?本人的耐心真的要没了.不要怎么折磨人了!

我当初是8月底寄过去，9月底拿的file Number，今年3月初才收到，你的应该也差不多了吧

今天收到了,但是是说顾主不合格,我的案子被终结了,更是郁闷啊!信的原文是:
8 d' Z3 i* [: e+ g$ J) I# M6 LThank you for the application you submitted to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program(AINP). We are unable to accept this application as the employer,  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, has been declined.

C; o& d, m% p7 ~As your employee candidate will no longer be considered. your application was submitted under the Employer-Driven Stream of the AINP, whereby your Alberta employer must first be approved, to have an occupation filled by a foreign national on a permanent full-time basis, in order for you to be considered an eligible employee candidate. please be advised that we have closed your file in light of these circumstances.

餐观馆,我是厨师Your application for the allocation of an Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program Certificate for the occupation of Cook has undergone careful review. We are unable to allocate a certificate for this o ccupation, as you do not meet the eligibility requirements under the AINP for Cook(Level 1).

The AINP will not consider an application made for a Cook (Level 1) where an eployer has been cited within the 12 months preceding the date on which the application is received, for a violation or breach of any of the following legislation:

根据你说的情况，看来你的老板餐馆还不够规模，为什么你申请的是AINP而不是PNP

Alberta government changed the program name from PNP to AINP in June 2008. Still same thing, just different names. :-)

我个人观点， 楼主好像选错了section
我记得好像有3个sections， 一个是国际学生，一个是foreign worker, 另一个是学徒，
厨师好像是属于学徒或者另外一个独立的program.
; O1 h0 ~0 U' e) U, o) n, J刚才又浏览了一下网站，已经大改版很久了，关于上诉3个选项已经没有了。

不过我记得，07年冬天的时候我看pnp网站的确有厨师的选项。楼主别泄气，再去问清楚吧。

现在是这样,餐厅的所有条件都符合,但就是在检查环境卫生的时候,卫生官在她的报告上写了几条整改建议,然后就这,省里的移民官认为我老板在申报的时候填写材料不真实.所以让我们经过整改后,合格了再申请.但以上的整改建议,都是在可以正常营业的景况下建议的呀!不是什么主要问题.后来经老板和该移民官交涉才得到以上的信息.并且该移民官口头同意把时间缩短到半年.现在还没审到个人,所以楼上同学的回答好象可能性比较小.关键就是在顾主上.我的意思是能不能有机会再交涉,把案子缓和到补充材料.哪怕找律师呢?那位是法律界的专业?给点指点.
