需要哪些文件:

1  Bill of sale OR  half of previousowner's registration paper
2 insurance card(pink card), means you have to buy insurance for the car in advance. To buy insurance, you need to contact a insurance angent and show the bill of sale or previousowner's registration paper,and your driver's license.

费用:

around 70 dollars for one year and then you need to renew the registraion anually.
