请问现在考高级5号牌是不是不能约中国考官了?

原则上是这样的。

如果你知道你想约的那位考官的考试时间段，你就要求那段时间，只要有空位就行

according to the new testing procedure beginning on Feb. 02, 2009.
all road test appointments and payment must be made through the registry agent.
you are not allow to choose which examiner to conduct your road test.

of cause, there is always a loop-hole.
