请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

) I# w6 K! [/ _/ L  g$ Q1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

. b. I5 f# ^& y. v2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

( P) ^& X% a4 v7 }3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

you should have total of 6 demerit points on your driver abstract, provided you have no other violations.
to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
