请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

! F3 k% t9 j8 h前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

6 h# W5 `- v0 X请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

$ g3 ?0 e+ s0 b7 Z5 c. b! Y2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
: H- f' m0 R- Q+ l. Sonce your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
