一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

# a* E. o3 E6 Z# K  i前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

! h- N  E- P0 s# Z' y请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

5 W. W: L& f5 z4 Z) ]2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

# W( q# A7 y  H5 C2 m5 a. x$ t4 f& e$ ]3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
