I would like to go fihing and taste delious Canada fish, but I wonder what conditions must be satisfied ?

To buy a fishing liscence and a "win" card. they will cost you arround 30 dollars.

there is a "Fishing Hole" inside West Edmunton Mall. You can get everything you need over there.
