The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog: ' s$ h6 q F# L8 x
) w& I" ^# ]5 k* CThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
, M3 H2 l7 B; q# S! X ?That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
$ ?% x4 ?7 J2 [8 CThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
; T1 t& E5 J+ v- aCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 6 O, m4 D( T6 c/ W, g
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
