8065-104 Street, Shoppers Drug Mart now offering opportunities to candidates interested in pursuing a career as managers. Training is provided. We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams
3) Excellent with mathematics
5 |- O7 t( a+ s) I! Z3 I- ?4) Proficient in computers.
: U# M4 O- b" |3 @  [5) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Criteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
. g  A7 G2 I% w1 m* J' o& }* I% k2) Ability to work in a fast pace and to multitask
3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
4) Well-organized & focused
: d$ N* M* \% S8 t4 w5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.
& Y1 c  M7 A! c: k% r6) Proficiency in computers.
7) Work well with other staff and in teams.
8) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

5 h% S' S9 w. kEXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES MAY BE SELECTED TO PURSUE THE SHOPPERS DRUG MART LEAD PROGRAM FOR FRONT STORE MANAGERS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN OTHER LOCATIONS IN EDMONTON.

ALL CANDIDATES START AS CASHIER/MERCHANDISER AT $10 AN HOUR. WE REVIEW CANDIDATE'S PROGRESS WITHIN 30 DAYS.

. t4 W8 v. Q8 e5 uIndividuals who do not have the ability/skill to become managers may be offered continued position as a staff member if positions are available. All candidates must undergo 90-day probationary period in which they are subject to periodic review of their performance/progress.
