I have requested that the report on the city contribution to a new school in China be debated at 1:30pm on Thursday November 20. This is a change of date but should be good. I have also indicated that we are not asking to speak to it at the meeting, but will be in the audience if they wish to ask us any questions.! J G0 Y4 e3 a4 a( y$ g3 z
