Car maintenance questions

1 ?8 @$ S( P. D& H' II have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

; O( j* Y6 L1 B9 R+ `' U2. Power steering flush         99.95        
& r) R4 @: Z% I! E( c0 i7 v% W3. Brake flush         99.95
/ \& H2 t. N& l8 w" ?7 M% P4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
; s  Z, v+ h& ]+ B! j3 ^; }6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
* S4 P+ a8 L# Q8 T+ [
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
