TOEFL or no TOEFL , It depends on what you want to study and your language level. Many colleges in Edmonton, like NAIT, Macewen, Reese, CDI... ; ?6 m0 w7 P0 g- aGet more inforamtion from either website or friends or whatever. And talk with the students advisor there. A lot of peopel will help you out there.
