0 z% q) ~; T$ F* y9 ~; T; N1 u We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

( [6 a1 j9 f0 e" {% f, M# hDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
( {2 ]8 J  R- Z5 z  S, t: Y•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
# W6 U- d/ W# g* S; j. |" _' }+ D•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- P6 b# I) P* u& F•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
