0 r6 N& q$ j8 B- `3 \! G8 k•        accountable for T.A.N.G. (Towards A Non-Violent Generation) youth program
& o  k, j  l2 l8 @; j% U" q/ e& z•        writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth programs
•        supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
3 x' B3 \8 ^% @# ^•        coordinate, develop and manage a summer youth program
•        liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
$ N8 G, ^! M) {$ ^  Y•        train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
•        accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
6 j2 c7 W. u1 c( F. Y& t•        demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre
•        participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues
* D0 ~! A) l8 U' D) f•        be open and willing to explore new ideas
•        assist with other activities/programs at the Centre
9 C6 o0 C% }! C1 N•        work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
•        be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor

•        degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
- c4 f7 Q5 t, i•        good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
# H3 Q5 \% P& A( ]; u•        experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
•        leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
