General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 ], g. q1 m! i1 c

Accounting and Admin:/ h+ {, w( J2 ~# a% t
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
# A: o" B7 S* K+ o3 @0 no Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing. f- O- Y! h- |* p+ [
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
# a: i% c9 _' ]# S9 x. L/ w$ Vo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis./ w2 S0 A6 M6 y
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 ]: E0 U- {! v
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' P- b5 D/ b( Z' j2 S- c
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
& M t) _6 B% K: |' ^: e/ J) to Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.0 f# R" U+ M, s
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.: F- a( g8 y6 Q1 |& o+ ~
Operational:
, m& T. x/ [6 Q5 J+ k- f5 Lo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.1 {( m; s) P% C7 r6 e
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
3 \5 E, s* V, S& f. Lo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
6 p6 u: T7 i& X1 l8 jo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
: n! `& b4 V* J" X4 i! j3 bo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.; ^1 Y0 u3 N( W8 }1 @
o Hotel and travel bookings.
) L# j. Z7 U! y; Z8 uo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
, ~* C$ j8 M/ N$ F9 C! to Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required." |$ n- ?. _! w% q
o General office filing.
