[9 p' v+ eAbstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief. ; c7 W9 }3 b) i5 @+ |0 qKey duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. ; B9 z/ @  ~8 U2 j+ Y- E" g

6 M1 o) T; ^& Q$ j$ w; SRecognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings./ r  y: n% V- i2 w! Q7 s

General Support: assists onsite with events; provide reception relief; coordinate kits for staff, new members & transitional CAs; receive, organize and maintain communication materials/photos.; i' T3 e/ R- G  s0 E2 l9 l

( }$ Q% q. O3 A# }. s6 `Website: coordinate/distribute emails; maintain the Employment Opportunities, Referral Service and Volunteer Opportunities portion of the ICAA website

Qualifications: a diploma in office administration combined with some work experience. Additional administrative experience will be considered in lieu of formal post secondary education. 6 B2 o1 g0 i0 i7 g9 p

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. In addition good oral, written, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work within a team setting are required.# ?* ?+ M. o/ V4 A. P# ~) U5 o
