Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
- g- o3 E3 e3 G/ s# |, [Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.( H y9 v# B9 q2 W+ l2 v
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed., ^% n8 J- M( G/ R
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.+ @4 {" x% A# i: v& X; E
