2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。
* }6 }) K8 e/ r; K0 u2 \% `& dAnd the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: * j3 \0 Q$ s# n7 u2 Q3 ^2 i' b
2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。# \ ?3 |+ }8 `9 J" n6 }
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. ]& n0 Q. g' g: q5 B
9 ]9 c- d, z! C0 d/ P) m! e2 J3 V3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。, R0 h7 R# ?. K# j
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: " l! F* Q- c/ `. z4 H
3:15 我又要叫你和女人彼此为仇。你的后裔和女人的后裔也彼此为仇。女人的后裔要伤你的头,你要伤他的脚跟。: x2 u$ S, [; X: n* _: P
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
8 t, O2 |( X6 S3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。
9 c# G8 S9 P: A& T5 Y+ L4 S+ lUnto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. $ b7 A( s# k- _& N+ [, e% |
3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。- X) k6 G. f$ |" @( z2 D
And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; # y: i& p6 [5 t) O# R; x
3:18 地必给你长出荆棘和蒺藜来,你也要吃田间的菜蔬。7 J' _/ f# Z9 q, S1 N2 I6 [3 n
Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
: R& X+ ?- C: L+ l3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。

3:20 亚当给他妻子起名叫夏娃,因为她是众生之母。
/ C1 L a$ g! {( h% W: n yAnd Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
) p! n+ u* \) R- b3:21 耶和华神为亚当和他妻子用皮子作衣服给他们穿。 `0 Q+ U7 w& e0 \3 U1 I
Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
# j4 {; H# e" V D" x) A- z) k4 M' E3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。
9 H% ?+ i* u, }6 C. MAnd the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
' H2 |2 a- o9 I6 Y/ l8 V+ S- A0 s3 W3:23 耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去,耕种他所自出之土。
, [4 e7 C- z) l$ M! I( rTherefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
4 a% T8 s! F( \$ P8 Q \2 I3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。
0 J3 t: G2 R5 h2 u2 ]! k) hSo he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
