本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
, s7 r0 r& `4 K0 l- Y% L: @9 u) u有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。
