+ z; P) X) \5 _ w8 _( W+ _; Io Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program
4 e9 z# [0 c: po Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program$ G1 `, t4 M: `0 E% P
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
+ F8 J$ N' e/ j# @7 J! A0 zo Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program
/ ^7 ] w' d A1 A0 q* Lo Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
4 ~$ B( @+ `4 [6 ]- _+ G7 ~$ Mo Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
1 M* v! Y m9 R& s0 Po Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model7 t0 R( h- ^3 G4 T) e4 x* M
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre5 }. m7 ?( a7 D
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
5 M8 S" }; K# @- u" Eo Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
# D4 B$ x) `5 x. o* d* r6 o8 bo Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
7 f5 ~, g1 [0 K% ^* bo Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

o Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
