Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

- T* r: `& }4 O  z$ `2 n6 W8 q(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
, g; v3 R. c! j$ S3 `. e) n1 C% z! O
& I8 c  O7 X8 J# I1 ADuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
$ m, C' A( t$ L0 a6 z# fHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre

7 A9 W$ B5 J9 z2 `$ I. _Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
