8 i: J; y% c" d: a: P5 D) VGrandin out of School Care and Daycare is registered as a non-profit corporation.  Grandin has both a Daycare and Out of School Care in a shared building facility located at Grandin School.  September 1, 2008 we will become an After School Care Program exclusively.

V) [2 c: wThe Grandin Out of School Care Board of Directors is inviting applications for the temporary position of child care worker to start as soon as possible.  This is a full time summer temporary position with the possibility of progressing into a permanent position.  This position involves working directly with the care, programming, implementation of programming of school age children on site and on field trips off site.

. m$ o/ `) E* @% J: d# G        Commitment to the ideals expressed in the Grandin Daycare mission statement and a desire to work together with sponsoring bodies:  Catholic School Board, Grandin Administration, Grandin OSC Board of Directors, Staff and Parents.
) O# p" T8 v& R5 u. a$ W        Level 1, 2 or 3 childcare certification or equivalent education
1 Y: A1 t( C5 j, g' f        Experience working with school age children
        Responsible, ethical, good communication skills with parents and staff


RESPONSIBILITIES:

         Providing nutritious snacks for school age children in an Out of School Care setting
