. @ ~5 }. N, s9 B2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,

3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
j' P, z1 T4 n/ z5 X! ymeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

9 {' W* B \( T7 L8 ]) D4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
8 w+ x' S# F! @8 q! x3 L1 Z6 u% Aroutine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.# X' C1 e9 K, R; s& W* G6 y. e
5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction
* V- N" `( `' f* Y! y% h3 [plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job R: L5 U( ` y0 N9 S6 \
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence' F" j( m, }5 j, T
checks.

& Design (A&D) drawing sets.

assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job

9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.1 k! ~' E1 ~0 j- w4 w
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.& P+ S) ~; P! Y
11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review+ W% Y/ r7 O- y

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a
, Y/ H+ L) q5 h Arelated field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and |% Q. Y% X( | a( {
experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general
4 F+ f( m& u$ h& N1 w& ~0 Y) Wknowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.

Experience with furniture design and specification software required.
