But I think the qualifying conditions are pretty nasty.. as it says you need to do all following:-

3.    Transfer your automated payroll direct deposit or monthly pension direct deposit to your new account. If you don't have an automated payroll deposit, we'd be happy to explain your options‡.
4.    Download and print the Change of Payroll Deposit form and submit it to your employer's payroll department.
