2 A: u/ s- V' ]) IThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

! `7 o5 S/ k$ B1 D2 NPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
4 G1 @: o; W1 @9 q- f- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
3 }: K/ E: m! r3 s- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

8 F: f; a! T: |1 i# @# W7 dAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
