& ?& A8 v/ {6 n4 xThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

! D% n8 m' X7 d; S- B: `Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)
) K; `# i$ O3 d. k
= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
+ L0 j- T+ m0 O1 j- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
! s+ N$ `; r" m. J# `+ p- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

; V7 h1 m: Y0 P( R: u: w2 \' BAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
