8 g* T2 P( I) c. }/ s- uThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

0 V* ~% Q6 _& O5 k, qHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
2 m& H3 ^3 i9 t5 G- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- n- m6 I5 }8 {* ?# A2 i4 P$ Z; e- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
$ L* i& h' \9 O3 s3 Z- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
