The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

7 u; X0 B; ?1 f4 w% R6 {8 B! ?Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

3 l- u! D4 ~) g# r8 S6 Q) s= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
2 q! L$ Q# g' H6 u6 u* W9 u- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
5 ^$ N5 v7 B1 X9 d- Bus Parking
! z/ O0 N6 l- G, d- The return Boat fare to Victoria
+ m, H, r1 {; ^! t0 [, \  q( b- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
