The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

/ G: i* p* _) \2 s9 k= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
* S% c. T5 T$ r3 [This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
( V& Q5 v3 X9 M- i8 m5 _- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
! D- h( r# q3 g$ H. g/ J3 l) _7 y: q5 X

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
9 _0 t' L6 R; r" A, ?. x- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
