6 Q4 c- @3 V+ j" C7 jThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
9 Z* L/ V8 L* ?' H, z6 days and 5 nights

5 w( }/ z0 I$ u; PHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

9 Z5 ^* ^& M% L% n3 k8 s0 `= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

, i4 {: x1 |" v2 m* a- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

5 t$ i0 f3 G9 ZAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
