. k3 h( L) O1 D. |$ fWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele# ]0 P( n5 }) b* F( _
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management/ v+ y: s: o5 p
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers* z$ k- p' a& t ^/ Y- n
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support" ]# p( f. h2 ~5 @
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff' [# S* s3 J3 T
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System+ K- Z9 C6 w* h K
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP& Q) v p; l5 z
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
! L A) ?# Z1 dRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
: R; C5 Z& L# x' u' ^Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
