4 p9 [- ~1 o* U2 D# eWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
: Q1 }9 K' ^: c3 RProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
7 \: n: @' i; T, C8 jEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Qualifications
. l6 V5 |4 k* g3 P, g8 t' BTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
+ r: E4 y" D& P/ z# c5 AMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
3 p3 T, d" s+ r- Q5 ^Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
* D9 ?4 z4 \; @7 Q: b: r8 Z+ wStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
