put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.

# O. u8 @" ~% o5 B9 ]then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
8 s( I5 X' `! hthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.# X% T" C5 C6 Z z& y3 i. ?% d
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
