•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
! F6 q& D& j, q2 {# y9 B7 c/ {) e3 N•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

; l3 s, ]# U8 f•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
6 r7 r7 c) L8 Q. [& k•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
. l, z0 q" j  w3 i* w2 Q•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
