-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.& b" F, F* E7 `% N r

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.' L4 E4 o4 Z/ s8 m) g

0 Q: a; E6 V6 n- r s" bThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.4 E0 B3 f+ e! a) R3 v/ H$ o3 t
$ H0 J0 r* n; W# R6 t% sOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.+ X2 n9 {! N. ^; L! n0 r8 `

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.+ b0 q; T# T, ^* J6 m
$ [" K$ u4 i) e& W- ]+ P9 y. O5 vHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

4 y- v7 v9 {6 ]" V2 l' QHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.% ]+ @; _1 l5 N% q$ x4 ^, i

One hour later, I got a reject email!

What wemt wrong?
& N# E( n9 v& I3 \7 bPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.6 N; J& x- q2 F4 P
