Interview 1: by manager and technical leader! P w$ t' a0 u# H
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.8 W3 |+ j% i, J
-Other questions:+ w/ x' @% f% O7 h% z
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).- a' V/ Z' u* j; O7 U9 g/ k
& b% C |. L8 q9 n! c6 d: AFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.* r( F5 f% V! Z

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

* R( w, k. v/ |5 X- ~7 ?3 KOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.) N8 Q; v9 b- P

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).9 V4 |1 r! c# I+ l9 W

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.; b1 p) r# h$ ?! s
