Interview 1: by manager and technical leader' r2 V+ }9 n, w j# \, n' a
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok." P! t% C% M: V. t1 q i! m+ n
-Other questions:
8 g( j$ `/ M' m% I& _Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).6 m& T" d' t) w, k, _
4 c, | J9 \1 e+ wFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.$ k- P! O! `" r

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

; Z# s( K2 t+ i! r1 S2 {( d! sOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

- p K# j) A1 YHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).2 K/ ~% v# C# G# H3 _8 R* {/ }7 U

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.8 J* s- {2 N- y2 w& G

One hour later, I got a reject email!+ z0 L& ~8 {- W' f- z# {9 y

$ t4 X6 c5 A" w# vPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.. f0 r$ o; }/ W& W" R
