Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
7 A; o0 z% z1 e4 {9 T-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

1 @0 k: j3 x' gFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.# w! o$ W8 `9 e7 F/ E

' n' g' r) I" a5 Q# i7 E* sThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

. ?, f5 O3 F* X2 n- ?One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.& q! i6 ~4 c& A# V, B- k

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.! S' h6 U$ }5 |5 @+ @

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).0 N# l5 e9 J9 s6 `- g7 ~% [# l
6 b8 B P U) P) F. L/ qHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!! k( `* v/ J9 P: z& Z. F

. g) I4 @, k! j; I2 ?PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
