BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
' ?# {& [) ~9 B# x) I# K-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
5 O k) P8 _) g8 V-Other questions:
6 C; h- F; M; b$ iManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

9 D( R0 B+ r- L0 |; W$ pFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

- s, E/ C& U& p" NAfter the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me./ x2 \. f# [7 W3 F6 ^

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project. P# S" v6 c& M# i
+ C, z% ~# n4 `/ [% B
HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.' P& R0 t7 c& h3 G! R3 U

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).- q- f8 U) e1 U* |

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
