China bans censored brothel film

$ _+ c$ b. q; A, _ RAuthorities in China have banned a film set in a Beijing massage parlour that had already been heavily censored for its sexually explicit content. # x+ l8 Q1 Y; }+ w- c
Lost In Beijing was released in Chinese cinemas on 30 November after scenes showing dirty streets, prostitutes and gambling were removed from the movie. ! _: L1 h- r9 V8 k+ o$ N
1 g6 u! q q9 `% V* ?5 z- Z) z' S3 mAccording to the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, however, the film still violated regulations. 8 _9 r6 e. s! d4 i

Its producers have been banned from making films in China for two years.
